Return Policy

Grey Market Peptides offers a 90-day return policy on most products. You may request a full refund if independent testing confirms impurity, or if you simply change your mind—provided the items are unused and returned in their original packaging. In some cases, we may also accept returns for opened or used peptides at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please reply directly to your order confirmation email sent from hello@greywithacoa.com. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days of receiving the returned items.
