Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Eastern Time) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped on the next business day. We process and dispatch orders Monday through Saturday from our U.S. fulfillment center. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be automatically sent to you.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you are unable to locate your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or other household members
- Verify common delivery locations (mailbox, front desk, reception, etc.)
- Contact your local carrier for additional details
If you believe your package has been stolen:
- A police report must be filed
- Submit a copy of the report to our support team for review
Once a valid report is received, we will review your case and may issue a replacement at no additional cost, where applicable.
