All returns must be pre-approved; please obtain an RMA before shipping your return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 2-3 days of receiving the return.

Emails indicating products were used for human or animal consumption will not be responded to and void our Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy.

Products Eligible for Refunds:

  • Any product that has not been opened or used.
  • A maximum of one opened products (including individual vials).

This guarantee applies for 90 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking information. After 90 days, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange, but we will evaluate each situation individually. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
